Choose your drills
Tick the drills you want and set the minutes. The focus you picked starts you off with a mix that fills the session. Changing the length or the focus brings that starting mix back.

How the minutes work
Every session has a warm-up, water breaks and a short wrap-up. What is left is yours to fill with drills. The number above the drill list is the time still open.
If your drills add up to less, the rest becomes open play at the end. If they add up to more, the last drills are shortened so the session ends on time.
Coaching tips, not rules
Pick one focus for the night and keep the game-play block last, so the shot you practised gets used.
Who rests, and when
One court holds four players. With 5, 6, 7 or 8 players the rest wait their turn. The table picks the players who have rested least and never picks anyone who just rested.
| Players | Playing | Resting each round |
|---|---|---|
| 3 | 2 | 1 |
| 5 | 4 | 1 |
| 6 | 4 | 2 |
| 7 | 4 | 3 |
| 8 on 2 courts | 8 | 0 |

Session plan questions
- How are the minutes worked out?
- Each session has a fixed warm-up, water breaks and a wrap-up. The rest is yours for drills, and the page shows how many minutes are still open as you change them.
- What if my drill minutes do not add up?
- If they add up to less, the spare minutes become open play at the end. If they add up to more, the last drills are shortened so the session ends on time, and the page tells you by how much.
- How does the rotation work with 5 or 7 players?
- Four play at a time on a court. The table rests the players who have rested least, and never someone who rested the round before. With 5 players one rests each round, with 7 players three do.
- Can I use two courts?
- Yes. With 8 players two courts run side by side and everyone plays every round. With fewer than 8 players one court is enough, so the plan uses one.
- Can I print it on Letter paper?
- Yes. Pick A4 or Letter next to the print button. The plan prints the timeline and rotation first, then the cue cards two to a row.
- Which dates can I plan for?
- The optional date field covers 1 November 2026 to 31 January 2027, the indoor winter season. Leave it empty if you only need the minutes.
